Trainings Total Obstacle Fitness Center Class Schedule

MONDAY – FRIDAY

  • 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. – Class A: 18 years & above - Class B: 18 years & above
  • 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – Class A: (Mon) 5 to 10 years
  • 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – Class A: (Tue - Thur) Teens and adults
  • 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Class A: 10 to 14 years old - Class B: 18 years & above
  • 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. – Class A: 5 to 10 years old - Class B: 18 years & above
  • 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. – Class A: Family: 5 year & above - Class B: 18 years & above
  • 7:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. – Class A: 13 years & above - Class B: 18 years & above

SATURDAY

  • 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. – Class A: 18 years & above - Class B: 18 years & above
  • 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. – Class A: Family: 5 year & above - Class B: 18 years & above
  • 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. – Class A: 13 years & above - Class B: 18 years & above
